product description
Palliser Estate Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Reviews
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit: 95/100. It's gorgeously fragrant on the nose, showing passionfruit, feijoa, green rockmelon and lime zest
aromas. The palate is equally satisfying with excellent weight and persistency. Powerful and
delectably expressed, making it hugely appealing. At its best: now to 2028.

VINOUS - Rebecca Gibb MW: 92/100. The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is fine, fragrant and floral, with a bright, juicy core filled with sunlight. It is aromatically pure and pretty with violet, elderflower and nectarine scents in equal measure. The finish is focused and precise with attractively scented length. Enjoy this in its youth for its perfume and finesse. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2028.
Michael Cooper: 5 Sterne Currently delicious, the impressive 2024 vintage (*****) was estate-grown and mostly handled in tanks; 10 per cent of the blend was fermented in old oak barrels. Bright, light lemon/green, it is weighty, with strong, ripely herbaceous flavours, showing a distinct touch of complexity, and a basically dry (5 grams/litre of residual sugar), crisp, lasting finish. Best drinking 2026.
Tasting note
Stylish and sophisticated aromatics, showing freshly cut grass, honeydew melon, passionfruit, gunflint, white peach and blossom. On the palate dry, textured and intensely focused. Effortlessly pure, perfectly balanced and pleasingly fresh, crisp and elegant.
