This Chardonnay is a lightly oaked wine in a refreshing style. Showing ripe peach and stonefruit aromas with hints of nougat and Grapefruit.

You’ll experience a rich and full-flavoured wine that offers a perfect balance of concentrated, ripe fruit and toasty French oak, offset by a refreshing thread of fresh, citrus acidity.

Sourced primarily from the home block on Te Muna Road on the Martinborough Terrace. A chardonnay of distinction and complexity with striking gunflint minerality and a typical varietal character reminiscent of it's terroir and Escarpment's winemaking philosophy.
