1x Te Mata Estate Chardonnay 2024: comes from the region of Hawke's Bay. The Mata’s Estate Chardonnay 2024 is a standout release that captures the vibrant spirit of Hawke's Bay. Balancing traditional and modern techniques, it reveals a layered bouquet of ripe peach, lemon rind, and subtle flinty notes. With a rich mid-palate of marzipan and buttered popcorn, held together by a racy, fresh acidity, this wine offers both concentration and elegance.
1x Tony Bish Heartwood Chardonnay 2022: comes from the region of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand's second biggest wine region. Heartwood is a traditional Hawkes Bay masterpiece. Barrel fermented in French oak barrels, with 30% new oak, it bursts with flavours of stone fruit and vanilla bean - a true delight for the Chardonnay lover.
1x Tony Bish Golden Egg Chardonnay 2023: Also from the "King of Chardonnay" Tony Bish. But this Chardonnay was made in a concrete egg. The egg shape promotes the natural flow of the wine and also increases the surface area for yeast contact. Clear New Zealand fruit paired with an excellent texture.
1x Ata Rangi Potiki Chardonnay 2022: comes from the Martinborough region, in the south of the North Island. A brilliant Chardonnay with aromas of white peach, citrus fruits, and delicate orange blossoms, underpinned by fine minerality and a hint of roasted nuts. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and creamy, with subtle salinity and an elegant, lingering finish. A wine full of finesse and character.
1x SHEILD Chardonnay 2023: comes from the region of Nelson, a tiny boutique region in the North of the South Island. This wine is made from grapes from 27 old vines. Easy to drink, stylish, and simply everybody’s darling. A gently creamy Chardonnay from Nelson with aromas of ripe peach, citrus fruits, hazelnut, and delicate toast. Full-bodied, balanced, and elegant, with a long, velvety finish.
1x Auntsfield Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2023: comes from the Marlborough region, New Zealand's biggest wine region. From the historic Auntsfield vineyard. Auntsfield produces Chardonnay with finesse, restraint, honed focus and a textured mineral structure. Only the best fruit is used with the resulting wine showing a real sense of place that showcases the mineral structure of the old clay soils of the vineyard.
