Te Kahu means 'the cloak' in te reo Maori and refers to the mist that envelops Craggy Range Winery in the Tukituki Valley. Legend has it that this mist was used to protect a mythical Maori maiden from the sun as she visited her lover Te Mata. This is a wine of richness and an abundance of black fruit flavours and a long structured finish.

New release, October 2023, No.1 Reine Cuvée is a tribute to the family’s Mother and Mémère, Reine Vautrelle Le Brun. The floral pattern is inspired by a precious heirloom ring handed down to grandaughter, her 'petite-fille', Virginie Le Brun. This classic Méthode Traditionelle blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier has had long term lees ageing and minimal dosage to create a seamless and sophisticated Extra Brut Reserve NV.

Each year, a limited amount of the Chardonnay predominant Blanc de Blancs No.1 Cuvée is set aside for long term ageing on lees and released after several years – giving it the title “Reserve”. Each bottle of No.1 Reserve has been individually hand numbered and hand labelled.

Taut, elegant pinot noir in Quartz Reef's flagship 'Royal Series' collection. Limited release (800 bottles). From the most eastern block of the vineyard, the first block to see the sun. Uniquely close planted at 8,000 vines per hectare and affectionately known as the 'royal block'. “ANNA VON TIROL” is the fourth ferment to be released from block 12.

The little brother of icon wine Larose. It is the most immediately approachable of the Stonyridge estate wines. From an outstanding vintage.

The Stonyridge Larose is a true icon. It has beaten wine like Château Latour, Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Lafite Rothschild in a famous blind tasting in 2006. But Larose is available at a fraction of the price.

From one of the best producers in Martinborough, in fact New Zealand. 20 years ago, Ata Rangi named this special Pinot Noir "Crimson" in support of Project Crimson. This charitable trust is working to replant and preserve native red-flowering pohutukawa and rata trees throughout New Zealand. Immediately appealing, pure, youthful with red fruit aromas, elegant spice and warm cedar.

Fruit from an established vineyard, grown on the famous alluvial terrace - a quintessentially Martinborough Pinot Noir, with classic savoury characters, lifted spice and supple tannin.

Only a few bottles available. The limited single-vineyard wine from the Masters vineyard of winemaker Helen Masters. Here, the alluvial gravels are mixed with clay. It retains moisture and keeps the soil cooler than in the sites around the village of Martinborough.  The wine enchants with an intense bouquet of floral notes, mulberries and baking spices.
